Terms of Service

These terms form a binding agreement between you and MrKapu Matrimony. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the app or website.

You must be at least 18 years old, legally eligible to marry, and able to enter into a binding contract to use MrKapu. You agree to provide accurate information about yourself.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Each person may maintain only one profile, and that profile must accurately represent you.

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten or abuse other members.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity, age or marital status.
• Solicit money, loans or gifts from other members.
• Use MrKapu for commercial advertising or spam.
• Post content that is unlawful, obscene, or infringes another person's rights.

MrKapu offers a free tier and a paid Gold membership with additional features, such as unlocking contact details of matches. Fees are charged as described at the time of purchase, are non-refundable except where required by law, and subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

You retain ownership of the photos and information you upload. By posting content on MrKapu, you grant us a license to display it on the platform for the purpose of matching and promoting your profile. You confirm that you have the right to share anything you upload.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our safety guidelines. You may deactivate your account at any time from Settings.

MrKapu helps you connect with potential matches but does not guarantee a match, marriage, or the accuracy of information provided by other members. You are responsible for exercising your own judgment when interacting with matches — see our Safety Tips.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MrKapu is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or your interactions with other members.

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Colombo.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of MrKapu after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
